System prerequisites
The ysura solution is a platform-independent web application and is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that the user can access the solution with different end devices.
The ysura solution is called up in a browser via a special URL, e.g. https://company_name.ysura.com.
The following browsers are currently supported under Windows and MacOS:
- Google Chrome
- Apple Safari
The ysura solution supports the current and previous major version of the listed browsers on a rolling basis. When a new version is released, support for this version begins and support for the third most recent version ends. The use of older or unlisted browsers is generally possible, but is not recommended. The same applies to mobile devices with Apple iOS operating systems.
Windows or Android tablets can usually be used with the respective browsers without any problems.
