Promotional Material

The Promotional Material module provides a comprehensive solution for managing and distributing samples and materials, including physical and virtual inventories. Sample requests can be recorded directly in the system with an electronic signature and made available as auditable documents. Inventory management allows batch numbers to be assigned and used, and supports definable reasons for inventory changes, such as receipt or destruction.
Sample inventories can be adjusted centrally and distributed to users through the organizational hierarchy.
An integrated set of rules ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. by ensuring that the maximum number of samples per year is not exceeded. The module documents the sample delivery history for each customer and offers the option of connecting external service providers for sample delivery.
Activity templates can be used to add custom samples and materials to the activity.
