The Phone Interaction module allows interactive communication during the phone call. A waiting area is available before the activity begins, allowing for optimal preparation. During the interaction, an intuitive dashboard provides access to all relevant information and functions. The organizer has access to master data and can view and enter notes.
eDetails can be presented, and approvals and sample requests can be obtained using the customer's digital signature.
For interactive communication, the module allows the organizer and customer to share screen content. Once the interaction is complete, the customer can provide rating and feedback to help optimize future conversations. All information is automatically saved to an activity in the background.
