The Frequency Planning module in the CRM system enables targeted, dynamic planning and evaluation of activities for different communication channels such as visits, emails or phone calls. It supports the definition of activity targets at the individual or organizational level, where the planned number of activities per channel can be defined. Planning takes into account visitability attributes, consent and prior year values to ensure accurate and realistic planning. Planning and execution can take place at user or team level.
The module provides a comprehensive evaluation and overview of all target customers, including target/actual comparisons and detailed charts. With an aggregated manager view and overview charts on the home page, frequency planning remains transparent and easy to control at all times.
