Calendar

The ysura CRM system offers a comprehensive calendar function for managing and displaying activities, events and tasks in a monthly, weekly, or daily view. Activities can be planned and adjusted using drag-and-drop functionality. A collapsible filter panel enables filtering of activities by status and type, as well as independently showing or hiding tasks and events. Active filters persist across all calendar views within the same session. Person, organization, and team data are accessible via dedicated collapsible side panels. The configurable team calendar visibility feature allows colleagues' schedules to be viewed. Individual calendar sharing can be used to grant specific access rights, and working time settings ensure that appointments are only scheduled in defined time slots, guaranteeing clarity in scheduling. An iCal feed allows users to subscribe to calendar data in iCalendar format (.ics) from the ysura CRM system and display it in other calendar applications.
