As part of this evaluation, the EU asked leading scientists, pharmaceutical industry executives and academics from across Europe to critically assess and review the applications. The KOL Finder identifies the most influential medical experts (KeyOpinion Leaders) by the number and importance of their publications, speeches, board memberships and social media activities. While KOLs have so far only been identified by interviewing HCPs to evaluate other HCPs, ysura creates a fact-based overview of HCPs that actually have influence in certain therapeutic areas. More importantly, the KOLFinder can recognize the typical activity patterns of future KOLs early in their careers.
