ysura strengthens the sales team

Mittelstaedt has already spent seven years in the life sciences industry in business development and key account management, starting with quality management software, instruments and consumables for diagnostic laboratories in Germany, followed by business intelligence data and services for medium-sized and large pharmaceutical companies in Germany.

The product was also a decisive factor in the decision to switch to ysura, as Mittelstaedt explains: "ysura is the first CRM system to focus on the user right from the start, and I am therefore convinced that the future belongs to the product. Everyone who has had experience with CRM systems knows how much effort it can take to guide users to consistent use. Mittelstaedt will continue to support existing key accounts and develop new business areas. Establishing innovative CRM products for the pharmaceutical sales force on the market will also be the task of the ysura sales team in 2020. CCO Matthew Gowen, Senior Product Manager Joern Jackowski and Andrea Pätzold will now be supported by Tobias Mittelstaedt, who will join the team as Key Account Manager on February 1st.
