§ 37 Information after the dispute has arisen
- The trader shall inform the consumer of a consumer mediation body responsible for him, indicating its address and website, if the dispute concerning a consumer contract could not be settled by the trader and the consumer. The trader shall also indicate whether he is willing or obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before that consumer redress body. If the trader is willing or obliged to participate in the dispute settlement procedure of one or more consumer redress bodies, he must indicate that body or bodies.
