The People Behind ysura
We’re a passionate team of pharmaceutical industry experts, software engineers, designers, consultants and entrepreneurs.

Keith is a founder and co-managing director of ysura. He is an experienced executive, founder and visionary of several software companies, including Fidelio, Conject, NXN and Hetras. At ysura, Keith is working on Marketing, business development and company strategy.
Jochen is a co-founder of ysura as well as head of development and scrum master. He ensures that the team stays on target and that our R&D process runs as smooth as possible. So far, he’s kept the team ahead of schedule. Our velocity increases from sprint to sprint.
Co-founder of ysura, Alexander takes care of the entire back office, including accounting, payroll, purchasing and legal. A veteran of Cellway/Mobilcom and Tiscali, Alexander is yet another all-rounder that keeps ysura on track.
Nico Breidenbach, ysura’s first employee, is product manager and sales executive. He is in regular contact with our key customers and keeps abreast of the trends in the pharmaceutical industry through conferences, blogs, articles and discussions with some of the industry’s leading players. When he’s not in the office, he’s probably playing football, at the gym or following FC Bayern.
One of our most experienced software architects, Sebastian has made a huge impact on the direction of ysura’s technology. An experienced app developer on all major platforms, he brings with him a huge amount of knowledge and tips and tricks which help make our products really fly. Despite his hard work at ysura, Sebastian still finds time to play golf or ride horses on the weekends.
One of ysura’s first employees, Florian has worked on almost every aspect of the ysura product and interviewed nearly every candidate. After studying computer science at the TU in Munich, Florian developed several applications at various companies before joining ysura. When he’s not programming, you might find him playing soccer, climbing rocks or racing down the mountain on a snowboard.
Markus Binder is a Business Intelligence specialist at ysura. Apart from that he takes care of data integration and even serves as ysura’s data privacy officer. He loves Spanish and when he’s not busy with the database, he’s probably planning his next journey to Latin America.
Stefan helps ysura with product management, quality assurance, testing and support. Our support team has set a goal of 100% user satisfaction with support and Stefan’s technical competence, positive attitude and friendly communication skills help ysura reach this goal. Prior to ysura, Stefan supported software for Lufthansa City Center. When he’s not in the office, he may be playing in one of his three rock bands.
Khrystyna progressed from intern to full employee at ysura, where she takes care of all sorts of tasks around back-end technology and QA. When she is not climbing the ranks at ysura, you may find her climbing the mountains of the alps.
Nebojsa brings full-stack development expertise to ysura: from front-end to back-end, from native apps to databases, from hardware to infrastructure. After many years helping conject AG and later hetras GmbH to solidify their technology, Nebojsa now performs his magic at ysura. In his free time, he enjoys learning new technologies, new programming languages and solving really hard problems.
Madhavi applied to ysura initially as a back end developer. She was brilliant in her interview but at the time we really needed a front-end developer. So Madhavi reapplied as a front-end developer and was equally as convincing. 24 hours later she signed a contract and was on her way to becoming the first Indian national at ysura. On her second day of work she committed her first code to a release. Is Madhavi our newest shooting star?
Hector is ysura’s user experience and media designer. He ensures that everything ysura produces is attractive, intuitive and follows our design principals. A native of Honduras, Hector moved to Bremen where he completed a Masters in Digital Media and then worked for several years as a freelance designer in Berlin. When he’s not dreaming up cool designs, you’ll probably find Hector drinking coffee, or composing music or both.
Sergei’s decision to join ysura was easy. In his native St. Petersburg, he commuted 90 minutes each way to get to work. At ysura, he needs only about 90 seconds. His first weeks at ysura gave him plenty of opportunity to get to know the team: Volleyball tournament, baseball event and then 3-day offsite trip to Austria. Oh yes, he did some java programming as well. Sergei is no newcomer to Germany. Prior to joining ysura, he worked for T-Systems in their Russian office but with frequent visits to Germany.
Petar is a full-stack developer with a focus on Java. Educated in Bulgaria, Petar started his career in America, where he not only perfected his English but also his barkeeping skills. After developing software for telecom, ERP and construction, Petar brings his talents to pharmaceutical software. His interest in German football and German beer helps him feel right at home in Munich.
Michael coaches the sales and marketing team; advises the management on the “next big thing”; and updates the entire staff on the future of health. He has held executive positions in the European organizations of Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini and KPMG. He sits on boards of M&A firms, airline consultancies and executive search firms and still finds time to teach MBA students, fly private plane and fix classic cars.
After completing a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering in Duisburg-Essen and working in various internships around Germany, Fulong chose ysura as the first step in his professional career. Well-versed in Java but in many other technologies as well, he works on integration, monitoring, interfaces and various other critical tasks. With Fulong on board, ysura doubles the number of its Chinese speakers.
After completing a degree in mechanical engineering and developing a trading platform, Brent left his native Australia and embarked on a 12-month, 20-country and 150-city tour of Europe. Along the way, he realised that Europe wouldn’t be a bad place to work. In between train stations, youth hostels and city tours, Brent filled out some applications and ysura was lucky to be on his target list. At ysura, Brent has clearly put his mark on the Java back-end, sometimes refactoring a thousand lines of code in a single night.
Tom joins ysura as a front-end developer with huge potential. Prior to ysura, Tom earned a bachelor in computer science from IDC and worked for several software companies in Israel. Happy to leave the heat of Tel Aviv for cold winters in Munich, Tom joined ysura at just the right time!

Hilde completed her first CRM project 10 years ago and since then her career has been focused on sales software. At ysura she supports the sales department and also takes care of customer support. Scuba diving is her passion and whether it’s a longnose hawkfish or a tiger shark – Hilde loves to explore the underwater world. Here in Bavaria she hikes with her dog Bugsy through meadows, forests and gorges.
Oksana was born and raised in Ukraine but later moved to Munich and immediately fell in love with the city. After graduating in hotel management, she climbed the ranks in the hotel industry. At ysura Oksana works in customer service, hotline support and software testing. In her free time she climbs mountains, dances Zumba and enjoys good food.
